内容記述 In this article I will reflect on working with the medium of video and how it can be successfully used for advanced beginners and intermediate levels (CEFR A2-B1) in the teaching environment of a university curriculum for German as a foreign language. I will explain how I came to use video in the classroom, and will share my practical experience regarding the merits and difficulties thereof. Further, I will provide some hints regarding didactic and course structuring. At the end I hope to show, why using video recording in FL teaching can be very meaningful, even if it is not evident at first sight.
