内容記述 In this article, I dealt with a study of child-parent participation in the education system from the view point of the theory of the right. First, I analyzed four theories dealing with the rights of people to education centering on this subject. I hoped to emphasize that in terms of the rights of people to education, a guarantee for a child's right to learn should be centered on and the rights and duties of various parties concerning education should bee stablished.
