Some researches have concluded that the major reasons for unpopularity of foster care system is caused by the general misunderstanding of foster care among people、thatis, foster parent system is only for couples who do not have children. However, recent attitude surveys for ordinary people indicate that majority of ordinary people understand the purpose of foster parent system more appropriately.
