| 内容記述 | The present paper aims to examine the first train plan process in Mukden in China in the 1920's. Due to the fact that the Sino-Japanese Joint Venture Company Contract was expired in 1923, the Mukden Provincial Government took over the contract and claimed its right, planning to lay the train track. As a consequence, the Japanese Government opposed strongly the plan, protesting it through diplomatic channels. However, the Mukden Government and Okura Group (大倉組) achieved the first train agreement under Japanese diplomatic pressure. In the end, Japan recognized the contract and signed a transportation agreement with China. | |||||
