| 内容記述 | The research conducted in the past ten years on the effect of standing posture and life style on schoolchildren in Japan has been reviewed. The search terms used were ①schoolchildren, ②standing posture, and ③life style . These terms were used in the Web version of the Japan Medical Abstracts Society. After the search, 63 articles were found; one article remained after screening. This article was examined using all the search terms. As a result, level Ⅳ evidence was found. Evidence is not clear enough to recommend to do or not to do (recommendation level I). We identified only one article that yielded results consistent with the search terms. This indicates that efforts should be made to increase the validity of RCTs. | |||||
