| 内容記述 | After the 2008 financial crisis, China's economic growth has gone through roughly two development phases. The first phase was from 2009 to 2010, and was characterized by the deceleration of GDP growth.The second phase was from 2011 to now. During this period, the GDP growth rate fallen to 6.9% in 2015.At the same time, the monetary policy shifted from easing to tightening. On the other hand, Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) financing index showed a change of financing difficulty. Between 2009 and 2010、SMEs cannot get lending from the commercial bank because lots of money was lent to state-owned firms. But, from 2011 to now, lending rates and informal lending rates are the most expensive since the 2000s.This paper's aim is to draw out the stage feature of Chinese SMEs financing. | |||||
