内容記述 We investigated the cytotoxic activity of γδ-receptor bearing T cells against glioma cells. Highly enriched γδ-receptor bearing T cells were prepared from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of three healthy donors and six patients with malignant glioma.
