| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，臨床教授等連絡協議会・交流会の参加者に実施した質問紙調査の結果を分析し，その成果を明らかにすることである。結果として，参加者に質問紙を63部配布し，その全てを回収した。評価項目の(1)雰囲気，(2)積極性，(3)意見交換，(4)相互理解，(5)役立つ情報，(6)有意義な時間で，4.23点～4.41点を得られた（５点満点）。また，グループワークで一番印象に残ったことについて，【良好な雰囲気と活発なコミュニケーション】，【学生の特性を踏まえた実習指導と関わり】，【実習指導と実習環境への共有と新たな気づき】，【実習指導に対する熱意の感受】，【指導者自身が看護師としての高い意識を持つことの大切さ】のコアカテゴリが抽出された。考察として，参加者同士のグループダイナミクスが形成され，良好な雰囲気を生み出していたことが示唆された。また，指導者自身が看護師として高い意識を持ちながら，学生指導に当たることの重要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the outcome of the ”Liaison Council for Clinical Practice Teachers and Communication Meeting” with the topic of guidance of nursing students. We distributed a questionnaire survey to the 63 participants and all responded. Analysis of results showed scores of 4.23～4.41 points （perfect score，5 points） for the following items that were evaluated: 1）atmosphere，2）assertiveness of participants，3）exchange of opinions, 4） mutual understanding，5）usefulness of information，and 6）use of valuable time. Also，we extracted core categories regarding the largest impressions of the work groups，such as ’good atmosphere and active communication’，’practice guidance and involvement in light of the characteristics of the students’，’practice guidance with shared information on new problems in the training environment’，’enthusiasm over training guidance’，and ’the importance of the leader being highly conscious of the role of the nurse’. The results of this questionnaire indicated that a good atmosphere regarding the relationship among participants had been created group dynamics in the meeting. Also， these results suggest that it was important to train the leaders themselves to be highly conscious of the role of nursing. | |||||
