We distributed a questionnaire survey to the 63 participants and all responded. Analysis of results showed scores of 4.23～4.41 points （perfect score，5 points） for the following items that were evaluated: 1）atmosphere，2）assertiveness of participants，3）exchange of opinions, 4） mutual understanding，5）usefulness of information，and 6）use of valuable time. Also，we extracted core categories regarding the largest impressions of the work groups，such as ’good atmosphere and active communication’，’practice guidance and involvement in light of the characteristics of the students’，’practice guidance with shared information on new problems in the training environment’，’enthusiasm over training guidance’，and ’the importance of the leader being highly conscious of the role of the nurse’. The results of this questionnaire indicated that a good atmosphere regarding the relationship among participants had been created group dynamics in the meeting. Also， these results suggest that it was important to train the leaders themselves to be highly conscious of the role of
