| 内容記述 | 就農は職業選択における結果の一つであるが、就農に至る過程には長期的かつ多様な要因がある。そして、就農へ向かう意識の形成は、実際に就農をするよりも早い段階で形成される。そのため、若者が就農意思を決定し、農業を職業として選択するまでの過程を明らかにし、それらに対する対策が必要となる。本研究では、新潟県を事例として若者の就農意識の現状を明らかにし、就農意識向上の取組や対策の課題について考察する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | To be employed as a famer is a long process. It is also one of the results in a career choice for young people.Furthermore, the formation of the consciousness which goes to be employed as a famer is formed in an early stage ratherthan finding a job as a farmer. Therefore, the intention that young people determine to be farmers and the process that theychoose agriculture as an occupation should be clarified and the policy corresponding to it is required.This research clarifies the present condition of young people's farming consciousness by making Niigata Prefecture intoan example, and considers the measure and policy concern for raising farming consciousness. | |||||
