It is also one of the results in a career choice for young people.Furthermore, the formation of the consciousness which goes to be employed as a famer is formed in an early stage ratherthan finding a job as a farmer. Therefore, the intention that young people determine to be farmers and the process that theychoose agriculture as an occupation should be clarified and the policy corresponding to it is required.This research clarifies the present condition of young people's farming consciousness by making Niigata Prefecture intoan example, and considers the measure and policy concern for raising farming consciousness.},
