| 内容記述 | Purpose of this paper is to clear the research methods for the economical aspect of the townscape preservation, to contribute for the discussion whether scrap－and－build or reserve the cultural heritage including the townscapes. There are two parts in this paper. First part is the short survey about the methods to measure the economical aspects of the townscape, such as Travel Cost Method, Contingent Valuation Method. Second part is to apply the economical measurement in the Tsumago, Kiso, Japan. With Tsumago, I show the long term analysis for 40 years, against the earlier studies of short term analysis. Conclusion is the demonstration of the economical succeess of Tsumago preservation. | |||||
