In addition, staff members at the Niigata University Medical and Dental Library, where I work, have also had trouble due from the annoying behaviors of some outside users of the library. I reinvestigated the current state of security at my library, alarmed by a blackout caused by the heavy snow as well as trouble with an outside user.
