 note = {In recent years, Niigata Prefecture has suffered from natural disasters such as earthquakes, torrential rains and heavy snowfall. In addition, staff members at the Niigata University Medical and Dental Library, where I work, have also had trouble due from the annoying behaviors of some outside users of the library.
