| 内容記述 | In a polypectomy series carried out at our institute between 1972 and 1981, 69 cases of colonic early cancers (53 carcinoma in situ and 16 invasive carcinomas) were analyzed and the following results were obtained: 1) The mean ages of patients with early cancer were almost about 60 years. The sex ratio of males to females was about 3.3 to 1 for early cancer patients. 2) The early cancers were almost situated on the left side of colon (61/69=88%). 3) These 69 cases could be divided in to 5 groups; (1)resection in m cancer (3 cases), (2) polypectomy only in m cancer (50 cases), (3) resection in sm cancer (4 cases), (4) resection after polypectomy in sm cancer (9 cases), (5) polypectomy only in sm cancer (3 cases). 4) HLA antigens were studied in 41 patients with adenoma, 18 with carcinoma in adenoma, 46 with colorectal cancers. An increase in HLA-B35 was noted in early cancer with adenoma group and advanced cancer with neoplastic lesion. | |||||
