The sex ratio of males to females was about 3.3 to 1 for early cancer patients. 2) The early cancers were almost situated on the left side of colon (61/69=88%). 3) These 69 cases could be divided in to 5 groups; (1)resection in m cancer (3 cases), (2) polypectomy only in m cancer (50 cases), (3) resection in sm cancer (4 cases), (4) resection after polypectomy in sm cancer (9 cases), (5) polypectomy only in sm cancer (3 cases). 4) HLA antigens were studied in 41 patients with adenoma, 18 with carcinoma in adenoma, 46 with colorectal cancers.
