| 内容記述 | The image or feeling for amniocentesis changes before and after the explanation for the true state at amniocentesis. To obtain the image or feeling changed after explanation, we send out questionnaires to clients who have a wish to have amniocentesis at genetic counselling out-patient clinic in Niigata University. Over 80% of clients felt difficult or dangerous and about 40% felt more anxious about her fetus after the explanation. About 60% of the clients had an amniocentesis and a half of them felt difficult and dangerous, but they were very thankful to have amniocentesis. | |||||
