| 内容記述 | Pitch match test and loudness balance test were given to 200 ears in 151 patients (74 males and 77 females) complaining of tinnitus, from 1987 to 1995. One hundred fifty two (70%) ears with tinnitus suffered sensorineural hearing loss. The diagnoses were sensorineural hearing loss by unknown origin in 72 ears, presbycusis in 23 ears, industrial hearing loss in 15 ears, idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss in 8 ears, and others in 34 ears. On the other hand, 48 ears showed normal hearing. In 200 ears pitch match test revealed that high pitch tinnitus (above 4 KHz) was frequent, and loudness balance test estimated the loudness smaller than 15 dB sensational level in most cases. Additionally, current therapies for tinnitus were reviewed. | |||||
