| 内容記述 | There are variable clinical forms in allergic occupational lung diseases not only due to the variety of the inhaled antigens but also due to anatomical structure of the lung. Almost inhaled antigens were trapped in upper respiratory tract, and the others reached into lower respiratory tract and alveolar space depend upon their pore size and velocity of the inspiration. Bronchial’ asthma arid hypersensitivity pneumonia are important entities in the management of allergic occupational lung diseases. Careful past and present history in the respect of the relation to the occupational environment with patients are necessary in the diagnosis of these two diseases, although other conventional examination such as chest X－ray and hemato－biochemistrical analysis should be performed. | |||||
