Almost inhaled antigens were trapped in upper respiratory tract, and the others reached into lower respiratory tract and alveolar space depend upon their pore size and velocity of the inspiration. Bronchial’ asthma arid hypersensitivity pneumonia are important entities in the management of allergic occupational lung diseases.
