| 内容記述 | It has been suggested recently that autoimmune mechanisms are implicated in the genesis of adverse outcome of pregnancy such as spontaneous abortion, intrauterine fetal death (IUFD), intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR), and preeclampsia. In particular anti-phospholipid antibodies (APA) are considered to be linked to the manifestations of such complication of pregnancy. In order to elucidate the association between the APA and the genesis of above-mentioned adverse pregnancy more clearly, we demonstrated following data in this paper. 1.The positive rate of APA in patients with recurrent fetal wastage or patients with severe preeclampsia was significantly higher compared with that in normal control women. 2.The rate of occurrence of spontaneous abortion, IUFD, IUGR, and preeclampsia was significantly higher in the APA-positive group compared with that in the APA negative group by the prospective study in which APA were screened at the first trimester of pregnant women. In addition to such data, the mechanisms of the genesis of adverse pregnancy by APA, and the effective treatment for such patients were discussed in this paper. | |||||
