In particular anti-phospholipid antibodies (APA) are considered to be linked to the manifestations of such complication of pregnancy. In order to elucidate the association between the APA and the genesis of above-mentioned adverse pregnancy more clearly, we demonstrated following data in this paper. 1.The positive rate of APA in patients with recurrent fetal wastage or patients with severe preeclampsia was significantly higher compared with that in normal control women. 2.The rate of occurrence of spontaneous abortion, IUFD, IUGR, and preeclampsia was significantly higher in the APA-positive group compared with that in the APA negative group by the prospective study in which APA were screened at the first trimester of pregnant women. In addition to such data, the mechanisms of the genesis of adverse pregnancy by APA, and the effective treatment for such patients were discussed in this paper.}, pages = {241--244}, title = {6)抗リン脂質抗体症候群 : 生殖異常との関わりを中心として(シンポジウム 各科領域における血栓症)}, volume = {115}, year = {2001} }
