色素性絨毛結節性滑膜炎(PVNS)1例)を対象として採取した血清, 滑液, 滑膜組織をもとに診断に迫る試みを行った. 血清MMP-3濃度は診断に有用であった. 滑液MMP-3濃度は相対的にRA症例で高かった. 滑膜組織のMMP-3mRNA発現量はPVNSで高値を示した. 血清IL-6濃度はRA1例, OA1例でいずれも基準値以内であった.
