Environmental adaptation of organization was extensively developed by the contingency theory. Which appeared in the late 1960s and its criticism, from the viewpoint of management-strategy theory also attracted attention since. These paper runways the theories concerning the environmental adaptation of organization, and also considers the further theoretical development related to this subject. | |||||
