It also presents a critique of Okada\u0027s previous research centered on the revision of the unequal Law and the Soma incident. Research methods include analysis of the implications of (1) the period background; (2) the process of enactment; (3) the legislation system; (4) details of the enactment, with an emphasis on whether Okada\u0027s previous research is appropriate.
