内容記述 The research of Strategic Human Resource Management, focusing on America, is advanced energetically in recent years. The purpose of this study is to examine definition of strategic human resource management and re-classify the theory of strategic resource management. By dividing the theory development of strategic human resource management into two approaches: the HRM approach and the HR approach. This study suggests that it is important to harmonize these two approaches' theoretical thoughts together.
