| 内容記述 | The national bank regulations were promulgated in November, 1872, and a national bank only for four lines was established contrary to my expectation. However, the later business situation was full of dullness, and it fell on the deficiency of the system, and the Ministry of Finance was pressed for the review of the regulations. Because the revision of the regulations was performed in 9, and the relaxation of the establishment condition was shown, 153 national banks were born in the whole country. Each national bank has its own characteristics in the process of establishment, attributes of the founders or executives and business situation of afterward. I investigate the characteristic of two national banks of Hokkaido established in the different situation this time and analyze it. | |||||
