内容記述 Logistics activity process is composed of a chain of flow to customers from a producing district. On the other hand, it exists Marketing Channel in Marketing which is related to the place of Marketing Mix(product, price, promotion, place). Marketing Channel is also a flow of sale through merchant. It is supposed that there is the relationship between two flows on Logistics and Marketing, for the reason that the origin of Logistics is Physical Distribution as auxiliary functions in Marketing. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the theory of Marketing Channel and find the common essence between Logistics and Marketing Channel.
