| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is re-verifying productivity effect on macro level, after building the public capital stock data to the latest which was not taken in by precedence research in view of a structural change of the public capital from 1955 to 2007. Although the presumed result and the productivity effect of public capital were low values as compared with precedence research, it was checked statistically intentionally with the positive value. Moreover, it will be in a fall tendenecy after the 197Os, and it checked following the fall tendency also in recent years. Since that improvement was not found in spite of having made reduction of public investments sharply since the second half of the 1990s, as for this result, there is a problem in public investment policy operation, and it became the backing which will need that improvement from now on. | |||||
