| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to discuss Weick's organization theory in connection withsocial constructionism. Karl E. Weick suggested an organization theory based on the conceptof organizing. The process of organizing is composed of enactment, selection, and retention.In accordance with enactment by actors within the organization, the society is composed ofthe enacted environment. A major focus of social constructionism is to develop a method ofconstructing social reality. Social constructionism considers the importance of relationshipand discourse. In this study, I tried to examine a social interaction from a social constructionalpoint of view and determined the theoretical relationship between Weick’s concept oforganizing and social constructionism. | |||||
