| 内容記述 | After the Great East Japan Earthquake, in the disaster area, thirty emergency-broadcast FM stations had started. The main objective of this the study is to obtain the knowledge of the functions of these “Emergency-broadcast FM station broadcasts”. We have focused on the “RINGO Rajio” station. As a result of study, we have recognized three functions, such as the function of broadcasting detailed information to the victims, the function of reducing anxiety, the function of accumulating in disaster subculture and accumulating of a local legend such as the way to a refuge when an earthquake strikes, and how to run away at TSUNAMI. | |||||
