| 内容記述 | Enactment, which is a trigger of an organizing process, is a central concept in Karl E. Weick’s organizing theory. Enactment describes the relationship between a phenomenon and the person who perceives it. To understand Weick’s enactment, it is important to grasp the interdependent action that occurs between the phenomenon and the perceiver. We focused on an enactive approach that considers the relation between the perception and the action. The perception of a phenomenon from the viewpoint of an enactive approach involves composing the perceived contents and forming a meaning from the action of the perceiver. In this paper, we considered Weick’s enactment from an enactive approach in which the embodied cognition is made a central proposition. | |||||
