Taking two indices for the cluster analysis, logarithm of the rate of newly built detached house units per household and the number of persons per household, both normalized, the 49 areas of the city were grouped into four categories of urbanization. The result is thought to reflect the reality very well. The features of the housing belonging to each category were analysed, and the distributions of the floor area of the newly built houses or the site area seem to follow logarithmic normal distribution.
