| 内容記述 | In recent years, in some part of Japanese cities, many apartments were built on the riverside or on areas along the bay. With the advantage that is guaranteed little environmental changes and a beautiful vista facing the waterside. Study’s purpose is to clarify the actual condition of the Townscape Negotiation System of Building in Riverfront in Hiroshima City by understanding notification documents and direct interview of actors involved in the process. The conclusions are as follows. 1) There has been a systematic change of parts till the present. Especially, Adoption of abortive process influenced control of signboards. 2)”Water City of Hiroshima” framework and negotiation system affected enrichment of investments making more attractive the waterside area. | |||||
