| 内容記述 | Currently, necessities of building height control are increasing, because the conflicts, which have occurred with constructing condominium, have showed across the country. In this study contents of Highest-Height Control Zones with absolute Height Control and their designation process in designation number in recent years. And we showed two designation ways have existed, and it was necessary to designate from the viewpoint of the entire city. Moreover se showed it was important to investigate the current state, and to decide the guideline by administrative divisions from the viewpoint of supporting municipalities. | |||||
