| 内容記述 | Japan has problems with the declining birth rate and all university applicants can pass the examination to enter the university. Thus, universities must accept diverse students who lack of preparation for studying. As a result, diverse students tend to dropout of the university. It will negatively impact universities and students. However, the action is insufficient to avoid dropouts. Therefore, I study the six cases for preventing dropouts. The better actions include cultivate human resource management, reform the organization, create a place for students, conduct data analysis, commit to a sense of belonging to the university, and reorganize the entrance examination that are connected with the university vision and the student needs. | |||||
