| 内容記述 | Japan achieved universal health insurance coverage in 1961 and is known to have “separated health insurance systems” as there are eight systems and many insurers. Previous studies have largely focused on the health insurance aspects; they have not fully considered the hierarchy of health care, which has been major issues in japan since the 1950s. The paper explores this hierarchy, where hierarchy refer to differences in medical benefits between people covered by occupational health insurances and those covered by national health insurances, as well as between the insured and noninsured. | |||||
