| 内容記述 | Defining “transcendence” in psychotherapy as “patients’ experience of perceiving themselves as part of the vast cosmos transcending time and space, and as a being that interacts with a fundamental, necessary part of the world in the process of receiving psychotherapy”, the literature on schizophrenia, borderline cases and end-stage diseases as conditions this definition may apply to was reviewed. The results suggested that when performing psychotherapy for clients with these conditions, it may be effective to assess their psychological problems from the perspective of “transcendence”, and use images and stories beyond individuality in patient-therapist relationships, in order to create processes that may lead to healing. | |||||
