| 内容記述 | In recent years, there have been reports and discussions on the land problem with unknown owners. In this paper, I examined a solution to this problem. This problem becomes more difficult to solve as time goes on, and it will not only hurt the interests of land owners, but will also increase losses for national and local governments. Therefore, an immediate solution to this problem is needed. When considering a solution to this problem, it is necessary to have both perspectives to prevent future increases in land with unknown owners and how to reduce land that has already has unknown owners. I think that the main solution is the establishment of a system that allows the forfeiture of land ownership and a system in which the national and local governments can acquire the ownership of land of unknown owners. | |||||
