内容記述 日高変成帯は,第三紀の火成弧の地殻断面であると見なされている.シンテクトニックなトーナル岩マグマは地殻規模のデュープレックス構造のフロアースラスト,ランプ,ルーフスラストに沿って迸入している.このトーナル岩マグマは露出していない最下部地殻のアナテクシスによって生じた.日高変成帯北部の新冠川地域には,含輝石トーナル岩類(最下部トーナル岩体)が分布している.このトーナル岩体には,斜方輝石の仮像や,アプライト脈などの様々な冷却過程を示す証拠を見ることが出来る.これらの組織から,このトーナル岩体の冷却過程が明らかになった.シンテクトニックなトーナル岩体と,変成岩層のP-T-t経路は地殻の上昇テクトニクスを示している.一方,デラミネーションを起こした最下部地殻のP-T-t経路も推定することが可能である.
