Thus, it is indispensable to introduce multi-criteria evaluation methods and obtain the participation and cooperation of local residents for making a highly efficient conservation plan. First, this study introduces participatory analysis to obtain potential ideas regarding conservation plans from local residents. Second, it evaluates various alternatives to the environmental preservation plan according to three criteria: effectiveness, ease of implementation, and the possibility of residents\u0027 participation in the plan.
