内容記述 It became the new system that all international students of Niigata universities could attend a Japanese class in the International Student Center from April, 1999. An international student can attend necessary Japanese class independently for himself. Then, it is not how to think until now, but this system is being made based on the new way of thinking. As for this new way of thinking, the thought of Legitimate Peripheral Participation is foundation. It explains about the new way of thinking, and the concrete program of the International Center of Niigata university is introduced by this theis. Furthermore, it is stated about the teacher's role that is one of the writer's research themes about the concrete plan.
