| 内容記述 | Three years after the first institutional reform of language teaching in the general education course, it is now evident, that with the introduction of small classes, this reform has had quantitatively positive effects in regard to the teaching situation. But there occurred very few qualitative improvements. It will be shown, that the lack of sufficient results in leveling up the reading competence only seemingly is due to the individual students themselves, but rather is founded in language teaching concepts. These will be discussed here, and some proposals will be made, how language learning can be freed from its lethargy and how students can be motivated to take a more active part. | |||||
