| 内容記述 | In the law faculty, we made students curriculum free, so that there is no required subject for students. We hoped that very eager students can study hard according to their interest. But the fact was that many students skip very important, but difficult law subject such as civil law, criminal law, or corporate law. I was afraid to see this situation, because when students get a job, they must have legal knowledge. In the company or governmental office, they are expected to have legal background. But students tend to avoid those difficult subject. Law is useful, this is my policy, and we can learn how we can understand the problems around the world by legal mind. It is believed in many cases that university professor doesn't have to consider about students'job hunting activity. But recently situation about our students job hunting isn't so good. Of course that kind of activity depends on self responsibility, but if we consider this situation, professors have to do something as a school teacher. This is a starting point of my policy about Seminar in the law faculty and my education. | |||||
