| 内容記述 | This is a report of the analysis about motivations of university students for taking a general psychology class as a part of general education course. Open questionnaire has been done for the research during the first class of the term. The question was "What is your reason for taking this class?". After the answers were collected, the researcher broke done the students' answers into categories, and there were two groups of categories found. One is a group of students who do NOT have clear objectives to learn by taking the class. And the other one is a group of students who HAVE clear objectives to learn by taking the class individually. Based on this survey results, we discussed the way of teaching those two different types of students in the same class. We also discussed reasons why the number of students who want to take this psychology class is on the rise currently. | |||||
