First, I always pay attention to the students\u0027 characteristics in organizing my lectures. Then, taking their characteristics into account, I try to motivate them and raise their interest in order to facilitate their acquisition of the specialized knowledge that is desired in university education. For that purpose, each of my lectures are organized paying special attention to the following two points : 1) Promote the bidirectional exchange of ideas by asking students questions and discussing their reports in class and 2) Discuss my own field of specialization from a point of view that is applicable to al1 fields of study.
