| 内容記述 | EDIによる企業間のデータ交換についてはプロトコル標準化の提案など進展の要素も見られるが、導入コスト、企業内部の情報とのリンク、決済システムとの連動などが解決されるべき課題となっている。本論文では、今回実施した国内企業へのEDIに関するアンケートを基本に、主として企業内部におけるEDIデータの2次利用や受発注・決済など企業間連係の形成と標準化の観点からEDI導入の現状と今後の方向について検討している。その結果、コストなど費用面の問題もあるが、EDIデータの2次データとしての活用が評価されていること、 EDIプロトコルの標準化に対し強い要望があるが現状では業界や企業の独自プロトコルにとどまり、ケースごとの対応が行われていることが分析できる。また、今後の金融分野での規制緩和によるEDI処理の進展(例えば相殺処理)は期待されているが、金融機関を介した処理による安定性を求めていることがうかがえる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | "Even though the proposal of the standard of EDI protocol is expected to provide widely use of EDI, but there exist also the problem of initial cost, linkage among the EDI data, management information, and payment information. This paper deals with the analysis of EDI system in Japanese firms from the aspects of reuse of the EDI data as the management information, and the networking of firms through the ordering/receiving and the payment system. The study is based upon the questionaire for t he Japanese firms made by the authors. As a rsult, it is found that the the EDI data is mostly used as the management information, even though the initial cost of the EDI system is a kind of burden for firms. Almost all firms consider that the standardization of EDI protocol is the most important issues, but in the real transaction, they usually use the restricted (industry oriented) protocol or their own protocol. In term of the legal deregulation of financial transaction, almost all firms are expecting the advanced type of EDI such as the financial EDI. However, they are also seeking for the stability of payment system through he deposit retained in banks." | |||||
