| 内容記述 | 中国上海市周辺野菜産地は,2004年4月に行われた中国37都市の残留農薬検査で基準合格率が1位であり,中国の他産地に比べ安全面において優れている.本文は,この地の代表的な龍頭企業を研究対象として,資料収集および既存研究へのレビュー,更に現地調査を通じて品質・安全管理,周年供給体制,海外先端技術の移転・開発・普及体制の現状を明らかにした.また,今後の上海市野菜輸出の課題としては,野菜加工率の向上,リスク分散させるための輸出先の多元化,品質・安全性の向上などをあげた.The production bases of export vegetables in Shanghai area have its comparative advantage on the aspect of safety in comparison with other bases of China. Because these production bases in Shanghai has won the first place of pass ratio among 37 cities in the inspection of residual agrichemical held in April, 2004. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to clarify the current situation of the production bases of export vegetables in Shanghai area. Firstly, we gathered materials and reviewed existing researches in order to obtain extensive knowledge about the issue. Secondly, we interviewed experts and local policy makers of Shanghai to understand their viewpoint. Thirdly, we visited two leading companies of production and export of vegetables to know how the quality and safety of vegetable products were controlled, what kind of system so called 'all year round supplying were practiced, and how foreign high technologies were introduced, developed and familiarized by these companies. Finally, future tasks of production bases of export vegetables in Shanghai area, such as improvement in the rate of processed vegetables, expansion of trading counterpart for avoiding risks, and keeping up the quality and safety of vegetable products were raised as the concluding remarks. | |||||
