| 内容記述 | キュウリの育苗における玄米黒酢と玄米黒酢かす堆肥の施与効果および定植後の生育に及ぼす影響について調査した。育苗期における玄米黒酢500倍希釈液の処理はキュウリ苗の成長と定植後の生育に及ぼさなかったが、玄米黒酢かす堆肥の施与はキュウリ種子の発芽および実生の成長に抑制的な効果を示した。市販育苗土に比べて、玄米黒酢かす堆肥添加の場合は、種子発芽が遅れ、実生の成長速度も低下した。これは玄米黒酢かす堆肥処理区の低いpH によるものと推測された。育苗終了の時点で、玄米黒酢かす堆肥処理区の苗は、市販育苗土処理区の徒長苗に比較して、コンパクトで、高いSPAD 値を示し、栽培中の生育や収量と果実品質の低下はなく、キュウリなどの果菜類の健全な苗生産に玄米黒酢かす堆肥の使用が可能であると考えられた。 This study was performed to investigate the effect of using brown rice vinegar and brown rice vinegar lees composts at period of raising seedling on growth of seedlings and field plants in cucumber. The application of 500-fold dilution of brown rice vinegar did not influence seedling growth and yield of field plants. Brown rice vinegar lees composts showed inhibitive effect on seed germination and seedling growth. This inhibitive effect may be related to the low pH of brown rice vinegar lees composts. Seedlings in the treatment of brown rice vinegar lees composts showed later seed germination and seedling growth than those of control. At the end of raising seedling, seedlings in the control were leggy, whereas those in the treatment of brown rice vinegar lees composts were compact and showed high SPAD value. No differences of yield and quality were found, when seedlings from control and treatment of brown rice vinegar lees composts were cultivated in the field. It seems that brown rice vinegar lees composts can be used for production of healthy seedlings in cucumber. | |||||
