| 内容記述 | 浙江省では、90年代末以降、二期作が大幅に減少し、粳米（ジャポニカ米）の生産割合が急速に増している。その傾向は、杭州市においてより顕著であり、稲の作付面積では粳稲が６割を占めている。他方、消費の面では、省全体の米自給率は45％であるが、省外からは粳米である東北米の移入が増えている。杭州市の場合、すでに市内米需要の７割を粳米が占めている。このような粳米の生産・消費の増大には、粳米嗜好と稲作の粗放化や規模縮小が大きく影響している。このような傾向は、農村の経済発展に伴って、基本的に農家の所得向上や農業の兼業化によって生じている。従って、粳米の消費及び生産は、急速に経済発展している長江以南地域においてさらに拡大していくものと予想される。 In Zhejiang, the rice double cropping has decreased considerably and the japonica type rice planting has been expanding rapidly. Those tendencies are typical in Hangzhou city where the japonica type rice planting account for 60％ of the rice planting areas. On the aspect of consumption, the self-sufficiency ratio for rice in Zhejiang, where imports mainly the japonica type rice from Tohoku district, is 45％ . In the case of Hangzhou city, the japonica type rice has accounted for 70％ of the rice demand. Thus the increasing of japonica type rice cropping and consumption has been influenced strongly by taste for japonica type rice, and lessening the labor and reducing in the scale of farming. These tendencies have been caused by mainly increasing the income of farmers and the part time farming with the development of rural economy. Therefore, it can be prospected that the production and consumption of the japonica type rice is going to continue expanding in the south of Chang Jiang where the rural economy has been developing rapidly. | |||||
